Our goal is for giving to be simple and easy to understand.
We've provided answers below to several common questions, but please contact the church office if we can offer further help.
To give online, please follow these steps:
1. On the online giving page, click the “Give Now” button for the option you wish to support
2. In the amount box, type in the dollar amount you wish to give
3. Enter your name, email and billing address information
4. Enter your card or bank account information
5. Verify the summary of your giving information
6. Click the “Complete Gift” button
No — you don't have to create an account to give online. Our system automatically matches your giving based on your billing information and email address. If you do create an account, you will be able to edit your contact information, view your giving history, print giving statements, edit/save payment information, and edit your recurring gifts. Additionally, with saved billing and payment information you can complete future online gifts in fewer steps.
Yes. All banking information is encrypted and stored on industrial grade servers. The security we use is the same used in the banking industry.
While giving by debit or credit card is an option, giving directly from your bank account maximizes your contribution by saving the church extra fees. Bank account giving is done using a process called “ACH” (Automated Clearing House). ACH giving is safe and is processed using the bank account and routing information found on your checks.
Yes, you can establish and manage recurring gifts when logged in to your account.

Yes. As soon as you give online you will receive an email with the details of your gift. This receipt is for your personal records only, not for tax purposes. You will still receive an end-of-year giving report from the Santa Maria Foursquare Church that you may use for your taxes.
Yes, you can see your giving history at any point by logging in to your account.
Yes, if you made an error in your giving, simply contact the church office (info@sm4.org) and we’ll ensure a refund is processed quickly.
